Role Description

The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time on-site role. The Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with selling and leasing vehicles. There is an expectation to work approximately 40 hours a week to support our team and customers at the highest level. The Consultant will interact with customers, manage leases, retain residents, and provide excellent customer service at all times. At Subaru of Niagara we have a massive focus on customer satisfaction, as this is our #1 priority to provide an experience like no other dealership. We need an individual to join our award winning sales team that prides themselves in going above and beyond. We want someone who doesn't like to be average and is wanting to set themselves apart from the competition. Earning potential based on our volume, processes in place, and environment will be $100,000+ for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Valid drivers license
  • Leasing and Lease Administration skills
  • Resident Retention and Customer Service skills a MUST
  • Focus on process and working as part of a TEAM
  • Committed to hitting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to have an open mind and listen to instruction to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
