  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels.
  4. Capability to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Proficiency in MS Word and a quick learner for new software and technology.
