We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Process Improvement Lead position based in our Corporate Head Office, located in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead process improvement initiatives across various functional areas of the business utilizing lean and six sigma methodologies.
  2. Leverage data to analyze current processes and provide meaningful insights to the business.
  3. Determine financial impact of improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement metrics to track improvements and ensure sustainable results.
  5. Prepare regular progress updates for key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
  2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) would be considered an asset.
  3. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
