Are you a strategist with a passion for optimizing and developing distribution networks? Then this is the role for you

As a Distribution Network Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic development of Canada's national distribution network, in collaboration with our internal and external partners. Your goal: to dominate markets by maximizing customer service and optimizing operating costs.

Your tasks:
Design and develop the national distribution network by analyzing existing leases, real estate market opportunities and competition, to define an optimal geographic positioning strategy.
Maximize the efficiency of distribution centers by adjusting their capacity, positioning and features to meet demand while reducing operating costs.
Work closely with the finance team and other key departments to develop a sound real estate strategy, aligned with corporate objectives.
Work with operational teams to define distribution center specifications (capacity, volume, processes) and ensure their efficiency.
Optimize space in distribution centers by integrating different activities (administration, warehousing, operations, delivery) to maximize utilization and performance.
Present strategic plans to the executive team to support the development and expansion of the distribution network.
Facilitate communication with all departments (real estate, sales, operations, finance) to strengthen collaboration and maximize efficiency.
Implement tools and KPIs to measure network performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
