Training and Development Specialist

12 MONTH CONTRACT
The role will be working with a people change management team and requires knowledge and experience in Change Management planning and delivery. The candidate should have a strong training development and delivery background, with experience in the training development lifecycle, including assessing needs, instructional design, and materials development and delivery. This role requires experience working with technical information and cross-functional processes in supporting stakeholder learning and performance needs (training, knowledge transfers etc.). Experience working with Contact Centre knowledge and training needs is an asset.
Must haves:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Training and Development Field, with knowledge and
- experience in organizational/People Change Management.
- Knowledge and experience in training, adult learning principles
- Knowledge and experience in Change Management planning and delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training facilitation.
- Skill in content and documentation design and development
- Excellent proficiency using authoring tools, including Microsoft office suite (PPT, Word etc.),
- Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or equivalent in education
- and experience is required
- Prosci certification or equivalent is required
Plusses
- Experience in using Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
- Graphic design experience is an asset.
