As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project success through effective planning, execution, and team management.

Duties

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and allocation of tasks to team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Review shop drawings.
  • Update schedules on Microsoft Project.
  • Take meeting minutes using Procore Software.
  • Track RFI's and site instructions using Procore Software.
  • Manage change orders.
  • Oversee the overall project budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in time management and leading project teams to successful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing project finances effectively.
  • Proficiency in requirements management methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore, MS Project, Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Sound computer skills - MS Office, Timberline.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with others as a team.
  • 5 years experience managing ICI projects over $10 million in value.
