Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and be proficient in quality control, budgeting, and supervising. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

  1. Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are on track and meet quality standards
  2. Supervise and coordinate construction activities
  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints and schematics
  4. Manage project budgets and expenses effectively
  5. Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise
  6. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting

Experience:

  1. Proven experience in site supervision within the construction industry
  2. Proficiency in reading blueprints and conducting construction estimating
  3. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
  4. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  5. Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for document management is a plus
