Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Total Rewards programs that are strategically aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Conduct industry research to identify best practices and develop internal Total Rewards initiatives, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and merit increase cycles.
  • Support the delivery of the annual salary review, design and delivery of compensation structures, benefits and employee incentive program
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on employee satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive C&B activities such as benchmarking analysis, salary structure review, enhancement of our benefits value proposition, and salary survey participation.
  • Oversee the administration of share plans to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.
  • Continuously monitor prevailing pay rates and ensure the company offers competitive compensation plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs, making recommendations for enhancements as necessary.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years HR experience, min 5 years of experience in global Total Rewards management, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with strong Excel skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and senior leadership.
  • Bilingual candidates who are proficient in both English and Mandarin will be preferred, as you will deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
