The Position:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Operations, the Global Sales Manager-BVL Wholesale is responsible for leading and supporting the B2B wholesale brokerage sales team at Bank & Vogue Ltd. They create unmeasured value by actively and successfully coaching people. About the Role:

Lead a team of Sales & Purchasing Account Managers (10+) to negotiate and arrange transportation for wholesale volumes of second hand products between vendors and customers.
Partner closely with the Business Development Manager, as well as the Training and Support Manager, to expand the business.
Support the Account Management team in their work of onboarding and organically growing new accounts by building and maximizing business relationships.
Monitor team performance, recognize the wins, and coach and develop around growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the finance and accounting team and support the collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable.
Develop sales and purchasing strategy plans that can be measured and adjusted as required.
Hold the team at large accountable for delivering results while playing within procedural guidelines.
Integrate and align sales strategies with available talent, processes, systems, and other areas to increase sales revenue
Act as a point of escalation for critical customer and internal issues
Conduct analysis to manage sales & purchasing performance against corporate objectives and market developments
Foster a collaborative environment to engage and inspire team members towards shared objectives, leveraging effective communication and leadership skills

What you’ll offer:

A Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience building and leading sales teams or organizations to growth
Success in driving high performance in the face of adversity and market change
A passion for bringing partnerships together with organizations and markets
A strong understanding of servant leadership, and how to create a highly engaged team of top performers
Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed sales quotas
Comfort and Confidence in industry networking
Experience in targeted account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and succession planning.
Strong communication and presentation skills; a confident public speaker
Tech savvy, with an understanding of the Google Suite of products, and CRM systems in general
Base knowledge of marketing strategies is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel both internationally and domestically (4-5 weeks a year on average).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy, ideas and results to staff members at every level of the organization
English language proficiency is a necessity. Additional fluency in Spanish is a definite advantage.
