Notre client dans le secteur des assurances collectives est à la recherche d'un Représentant de service principal (100% télétravail).


Le poste peut payer aux alentours de 85 000$ selon l'expérience, offre des opportunités de croissance, des avantages sociaux et REER, et 4 semaines de vacances.


Exigences du poste

• Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire

• Être fort en français avec anglais au moins fonctionnel

• Un diplôme d’études collégiales (un diplôme universitaire est un atout)

• Détention d’un permis de l’AMF, discipline de l’assurance collective (atout)

• CEBS, LOMA, HIAA (atout)

• Excellente connaissance des produits et services ainsi que des pratiques administratives des diverses compagnies d’assurance (atout)

• Bon niveau d’aisance avec la suite Microsoft Office


Le rôle inclut les tâches et responsabilités suivantes :

• Interpréter, expliquer et appliquer les clauses contractuelles, les politiques administratives et les lois en assurance collective, tout en gérant la mise en place de nouvelles affaires et les transferts d’assureur selon les procédures établies.

• Résoudre des problèmes complexes liés aux couvertures, réclamations et services en investiguant, en recommandant des solutions adaptées aux clients et en assurant un suivi rigoureux.

• Communiquer clairement les procédures aux clients, collecter la documentation requise et former les administrateurs de régime à travers des sessions planifiées et l’utilisation des outils de référence.

• Collaborer avec le conseiller pour préparer des présentations destinées aux employés, participer à la formation des nouveaux employés, rester une personne ressource et remplacer les collègues pendant leurs absences.

• Expliquer les avantages imposables et les calculs liés à la paie, effectuer les démarches de modifications contractuelles et valider la conformité des livrets et contrats en fonction des plans établis.
