**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:
Payroll
- Validate, correct, and process the bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees, and support US Payroll and Benefits Specialist for processing of US bi-weekly payroll.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll processing and analyze variances.
- Manage Canadian group insurance plan.
- Manage the RRSP plan and the group insurance program.
- Validate vacation and personal time balances.
- Produce and analyze various reports in Excel.
- Complete inquiries for Service Canada, CRA, and Revenue Quebec.
- Prepare and validate T4 and Réleve 1 slips, as well as other payroll and training related documents (Bill 90).
- Conduct regular audits of payroll documents.
- Provide excellent internal customer service.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes.
- Year End filing and reporting.
- Worker’s Compensation remittance (WSIB, WCB).
- CNESST, CSST support (calculations for payment).

***What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as payroll administrator and group benefits administrator with excellent knowledge of year-end reporting.
- Experience with HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce is a plus).
- Experience with wage attachments and garnishments.
- Customer service centric.
- Understanding of data recording and analysis.
- Strong Excel experience (Data organization, Vlookups, Pivot Tables).
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in business administration, human resources, or relevant field.
- PCP Certification is considered an asset.
- US payroll and benefits experience a plus.

Paie
- Valider, corriger et traiter la paie aux deux semaines pour les employés canadiens et soutenir le spécialiste américain de la paie et des avantages sociaux pour le traitement de la paie aux deux semaines aux États-Unis.
- S'assurer de l'exactitude et de l'intégrité du traitement de la paie et analyser les écarts.
- Gérer le régime d'assurance collective canadien.
- Gérer le régime REER et le programme d'assurances collectives.
- Valider les soldes de vacances et de temps personnel.
- Produire et analyser divers rapports sous Excel.
- Compléter les demandes de renseignements pour Service Canada, l'ARC et Revenu Québec.
- Préparer et valider les feuillets T4 et Réleve 1, ainsi que les autres documents liés à la paie et à la formation (Loi 90).
- Effectuer des audits réguliers des documents de paie.
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle interne.
- Restez à jour avec les changements législatifs.
- Classement et rapport de fin d'année.
- Remise des Worker ’s Compensation (WSIB, WCB).
- Support CNESST, CSST (calculs pour paiement).
