Change Management Expertise:

  4. Proficient in facilitating workshops and delivering presentations to senior management.

Impact Assessment And Planning:

  1. Identifies and evaluates the impact of changes on business processes and technology solutions.
  2. Analyses alternatives based on business and technical considerations, proposing and justifying implementation plans.
  3. Engages stakeholders in the change process and ensures their contributions are effective.

Process Development And Implementation:

  1. Develops and implements change management processes and tools to support organizational transitions.
  2. Plans, directs, and oversees the activities of the change management team within specified timelines and budgets.

Supervision And Collaboration:

  1. Works independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
  2. Provides leadership to business owners and reports changes to the Project Manager effectively.

This role presents an opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Change Management and lead impactful organizational transformations.
