As a Development Manager, you will lead and execute land development projects from inception, through entitlements to completion. You will take ownership of project planning and management while able to draw on your colleagues and leadership teams experience and expertise, ensuring both project success and your own professional growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including municipal officials, consultants, contractors, and builders to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining financial and operational efficiency.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, planning, engineering or an associated field and at least three years of experience in land development, planning or project management. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, cash flows, and proformas, is required. The ability to solve problems and build relationship will set you apart.
