Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
  2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  3. Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  5. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  6. Coordinate training development activities for staff
  7. Accounting, invoicing, purchasing and inventory management
  8. Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
  9. Supervise front desk activities and ensure a professional reception area
  10. Utilize phone systems effectively for internal and external communication

Experience

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Knowledge of basic human resources practices
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Experience in clerical duties and office management is a plus
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
