Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Room Service passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre l'équipe d'un palace emblématique de Paris

Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative dans la gestion du service en chambre au sein d'établissements de luxe. Il saura allier excellence opérationnelle et sens du service exceptionnel.

MISSIONS

  • Superviser et coordonner l'ensemble des opérations de Room Service pour garantir une expérience client de très haut niveau.
  • Assurer la mise en place et le respect des standards LQA (Leading Quality Assurance), en veillant à leur application quotidienne par les équipes.
  • Gérer une équipe de serveurs et de commis de manière efficace, en assurant leur formation continue et en encourageant une communication fluide au sein de l'équipe.
  • Maintenir une gestion du temps optimale pour garantir des livraisons ponctuelles et un service irréprochable, même lors des périodes de forte affluence.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements (cuisine, réception, conciergerie) pour assurer une coordination harmonieuse des services.
  • Analyser les retours clients et mettre en place des actions correctives pour constamment améliorer la qualité du service.
  • Gérer les budgets et optimiser les coûts tout en garantissant un niveau de service conforme aux attentes d'une clientèle exigeante.

Qualifications

  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en communication, tant en interne avec vos équipes qu'en externe avec les clients. Vous savez inspirer, motiver et diriger une équipe vers l'excellence.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à gérer efficacement votre temps et celui de votre équipe, même dans un environnement dynamique et sous pression.
  • Vous avez une expérience avérée dans la mise en place et le respect des standards LQA, et savez les appliquer rigoureusement pour garantir un service de qualité.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable ou Directeur(trice) Room Service au sein d'un hôtel de luxe ou d'un palace.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais. La connaissance d'autres langues est un atout.
  • Votre souci du détail et votre quête de perfection vous permettent de dépasser les attentes de la clientèle la plus exigeante.
