Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Operations Associate will report directly to the Head of Commercial Operations and Marketing with key focus in Wholesaler and Distributor relations including product registration and pricing set-up, finished good inventory reporting both internally and externally, forecast analyses and supply planning administrative support. The role will be required to obtain a thorough understanding of the business as a whole to ensure all activities are implemented and executed in line with corporate guidelines and expectations as well as external regulations and requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete product registration and pricing set-up at Wholesalers and Distributors
- Execute customer availability reports, weekly inventory reports internally, for GPOs, GPO members, and all non-hospital customers
- Compile, maintain and disseminate monthly inventory obsolescence report
- Update and maintain internal Master Pricing and Product documents
- Support forecasting process (internally and externally) and execute monthly analyses for in-house and CMO manufactured products
- Compile and lead monthly Demand Meetings as part of internal S&OP cycle
- Administrative management and execute updates to maintain supply plans (in-house and CMO manufactured SKUs)
- Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain role (pharmaceutical/food)
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in French and English an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with peers and ability to make decisions
- Exceptional sense of judgment, leadership, autonomy, and initiative

Responsabilités essentielles :
- Compléter l'enregistrement des produits et l'établissement des prix chez les grossistes et les distributeurs.
- Exécuter les rapports de disponibilité des clients, les rapports d'inventaire hebdomadaires à l’interne, pour les GPO, les membres des GPO et tous les clients non hospitaliers.
- Compiler, tenir à jour et diffuser le rapport mensuel sur l'obsolescence des stocks.
- Mettre à jour et conserver les documents internes relatifs aux prix de référence et aux produits.
- Soutenir le processus de prévision (à l’interne et à l’externe) et effectuer des analyses mensuelles pour les produits fabriqués à l’interne et par CMO.
- Compiler et diriger les réunions mensuelles sur la demande dans le cadre du cycle S&OP interne.
- Gestion administrative et exécution des mises à jour pour maintenir les plans d'approvisionnement (UGS fabriquées en interne et par CMO)
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe jugée pertinente pour le poste.
Qualifications :
- Baccalauréat en commerce, en sciences ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (pharmaceutique/alimentaire)
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Bilingue en français et en anglais est un atout
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes
- Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, capacité à travailler avec des pairs et à prendre des décisions
- Sens exceptionnel du jugement, du leadership, de l'autonomie et de l'initiative
