Westfine Meats Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time On-site experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead new projects to enhance our production capabilities and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong attention to details, and be a self-motivated individual that has experience dealing with multiple projects.

What You’ll Do

  1. Collaborate efficiently with partners, clients, and vendors to deliver projects according to plan.
  2. Responsible for designing, execution, coordination, and completion of projects/programs.
  3. Monitor project progress and work with the departments/staff.
  4. Ensure project transparency with timely and clear progress updates to senior management.
  5. Use available business intelligence tools to provide insight into project progression and action items.
  6. Identify efficiencies or process improvement opportunities within the project life cycle.
  7. Communicate any risks, issues, or delays to projects.
  8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  9. Overall site support for Project Management.
  10. Other duties as required.


What You Bring

  1. Post-secondary education in a related field & equivalent experience in a related role is preferred.
  2. 5+ years project management expertise with a track record of success.
  3. Food Manufacturing experience minimum 1 year.
  4. Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Must be open and flexible to change, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision.
  7. Effective self-managing, good problem-solving skills, planning, organizing, and priority setting skills.
  8. Demonstrated strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  9. Able to mentor and guide team members throughout the organization.
