About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Project Specialist. The role will involve working proactively with key business stakeholders across our EMEA region as an advocate of change, challenging the status quo and driving efficiencies through improved processes whilst bringing the various teams (internal and external) with you. Time will be divided into personally managing and delivering some projects as well as providing support to the Digital Marketing team on their projects.


What You Will Do
  • Support in defining and conducting digital platform & system (IT & Software) rollouts across our Martech solutions.
  • You will lead in the maintenance of our Data Protection platform, OneTrust, ensuring platforms have the most up-to-date DPA and assessments completed across the region.
  • Support in outlining and usage of CDP and Marketing Automation platform and contribute to defining and extracting the right KPIs for these digital tools across the region.
  • Identify opportunities and support projects to automate and optimise marketing workflows through strategic application of AI.
  • Support our Data and Analytics lead on working with vendors to help build best-in-class measurement solutions like MMM and attribution models.
  • Work with IT specialists to support the identification of data sets when driving in-house initiatives.
  • Support regions and local markets with expertise and guidance in digital implementation processes for digital initiatives and where applicable on a category level.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools to enhance our CG EMEA region.
  • You will manage and administer multiple projects concurrently with faultless attention to detail, to ensure they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Who You Are
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of various digital performance channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media) and offline channels (e.g., TV, radio, print) to effectively analyse their contribution to the consumer journey.
  • A sound understanding of marketing attribution best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to provide actionable insights to drive performance.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work across diverse geographies and position complex issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant experience gained from within a Digital marketing team, Brand or media organisation.
