Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in healthcare, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts, optimizing customer journeys, and maximizing customer retention through effective retargeting strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive user acquisition, with a specific focus on the Canadian market.
- Utilize expertise in digital marketing to create targeted ad campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Leverage HubSpot to design and implement effective ad campaigns, landing pages, retargeting efforts, and drip campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns, messaging, and user experiences.
- Take ownership of the customer journey, from initial contact through conversion and retention, by implementing personalized and effective communication strategies.
- Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for marketing alignment and drive awareness of new features or updates.
- Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and assist in identifying optimal price points based on market research and product-market fit analysis.
- Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a growing startup.
- Expertise in utilizing HubSpot for ad management, landing page creation, retargeting, drip campaigns, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Startup experience preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wear multiple hats as needed.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
