About the role

As Sr. Growth Manager you'll be the heartbeat of client communication and strategy, actively scanning and acting on new growth opportunities for brands through paid media. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll craft and present clear, compelling strategies rooted in data-driven insights. Your deep understanding of paid media will be crucial to your success in this role, as will your ability to build and manage client relationships.


With a full-stack marketing team working alongside you, you'll lead team members across departments to drive performance. It’s necessary to have a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices for DTC Shopify brands, hands-on experience in Ad Accounts, and a track record of success optimizing for CPA, AOV, CVR and LTV.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact, fostering close cooperation with clients and maintaining regular communication.
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings with confidence, impeccable organizational skills and follow-up.
  • Create strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop and execute scaling strategies through paid social and paid search.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on ad performance, offering insights into ongoing and future testing strategies.
  • Direct a team of marketers to achieve client deliverables, fostering collaboration within the agency to ensure client campaign success.
  • Monitor creative performance to determine the need for net new and refreshed assets. Work with brand and creative teams to develop briefs for paid social ads
  • Conduct regular customer journey audits to identify issues or opportunities across accounts, ads, email, landing pages, or offers.
  • Know the client's business better than they do (shop performance, active campaigns, user journeys.)
  • Monitor financial and campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with clients' objectives.
  • Keep the team and agency informed on cutting-edge strategies, new advertising platforms, conversion rate optimization methods, industry trends, client challenges, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Contribute to new business development by assisting with audits, pitches, and proposals when required.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience working with DTC Shopify brands (in agency or on the client-side)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads / Google Ads
  • Experienced in using analytics tools like GA4, Triple Whale, Motion Creative to draw actionable marketing insights
  • A strong enthusiasm for the art and science of advertising and e-commerce
  • Senior-level communication skills including the ability to synthesize insights, tailor messaging to the audience lead the discussion, navigate challenging conversations, and adapt to the tone and sentiment of the conversation
  • Exceptional in client service, relationship development, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
