A career as an executive assistant in the Business and Private Management 1859 is a crucial strategic role working with various team leaders. You will perform a variety of coordination, planning, and project management tasks to optimize schedules and facilitate the achievement of business line and management goals.

Your Role:

  • Proactively coordinate agendas and emails, ensuring rigorous follow-ups with managers.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
  • Interact confidentially with external clients, different bank services, and internal members on various files involving human resources.
  • Draft, translate, or revise certain communications intended for internal or external audiences in both French and English.
  • Coordinate and participate in the organization of various large-scale events as needed.
  • Contribute to various project management tasks (sector-wide activities, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to your teams and collaborate closely with the team of assistants to improve the administrative functioning of the service and develop internal procedures and processes.

Prerequisites:

  • Completed professional or college degree or academic equivalent, and three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as an assistant to senior management members - an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools.
  • Strong adaptability and proactivity.
  • Professionalism, rigor, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team.
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency.

Languages:

  • French
