Our client, a leading real estate finance organization, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team to help ensure operations run smoothly within their fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of administration support ensuring quality service and professionalism.
  • Administrative duties include but are not limited to calendar management, expense reporting/tracking, booking travel and organizing/maintaining internal documents.
  • Meeting support such as recording meeting minutes for management and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Management of internal policies.
  • Assisting with orientation and onboarding of new employees.
  • Completion of audit responsibilities as required.
  • Assisting with managing the office budgeting.
  • Managing special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Typically, between 1 – 3 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function.
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
  • Efficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office 365.
