Sous la responsabilité du directeur de technologie de l’information, la personne titulaire coordonne, maintient et développe diverses applications intégrales à la Ville. L’employé est responsable d’assurer le dépannage, le support utilisateur et le développement des nouveaux systèmes. Le titulaire doit collaborer avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles pour garantir que les applications répondent à nos besoins.


Horaire de travail : Lundi au vendredi, 8 h 30 à 16 h 30 (en présentiel)


Échelle salariale (2024) : 95000$ à 120 000$ (selon l’expérience)

Principales responsabilités et tâches :

Opérations

  • Planifier, coordonner et exécuter des projets liés à la mise en œuvre, mise à niveau et intégration de systèmes d'application. Veiller à ce que les projets soient terminés dans les délais et dans le respect du budget;
  • Fournir un support de première ligne (ex. SharePoint, Salesforce, Office 365 etc.). Diagnostiquer, résoudre et traiter efficacement les problèmes;
  • Garantir la qualité et la conformité des solutions informatiques ;
  • Communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour développer des améliorations et de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour nos applications. Personnaliser les sites SharePoint et Salesforce pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs;
  • Fournir des mises à jour, des rapports et des recommandations;
  • Développer et fournir des documents de formation aux utilisateurs ;
  • Effectuer la maintenance régulière du système. Gérer les autorisations utilisateur et les paramètres de sécurité pour garantir l'intégrité des données et la conformité;
  • Identifier et résoudre tout problème pouvant survenir au cours du cycle de vie du projet;
  • Participer aux activités informatiques quotidiennes, incluant le support de niveau 3.
  • Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et évolutions dans le domaine des technologies de l'information afin de proposer des améliorations et des innovations.


Administration

  • Maintenir et créer la documentation relative à les configurations système, les changements de système et les guides de processus;
  • Maintenir une feuille de route pour les besoins futurs en matière d'infrastructure;
  • Applique les règlements de la Ville, la convention collective et les normes de santé et sécurité au travail;
  • Effectue toutes autres tâches connexes à ses responsabilités.


Exigences du poste :

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires ou collégiales en informatique, en systèmes d'information, en développement de logiciels ou toutes autres formations jugées pertinentes;
  • Posséder trois (3) années d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires;
  • Expérience dans le soutien et le développement des applications SharePoint et SalesForce;
  • Bonne compréhension des cycles de développement des applications et des principes d’administration de système;
  • Connaissance de la configuration et administration de SalesForce, y compris les objets personnalisés, les flux de travail et la conception de l’interface utilisateur;
  • Expérience dans l'intégration d'applications dans un environnement cloud (par exemple, Azure, AWS).
  • Certifications SharePoint et SalesForce, un atout.
