Must-Have Skills:

  1. 5+ years managing complex, multi-faceted business or transformational projects.
  2. Experience working on Security & Fraud programs within a technology environment.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive-level presentations.
  4. Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear communications and recommendations.
  5. Self-starter with proven stakeholder engagement skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Bilingual fluency in English and French.
  2. Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP) or MBA.
  3. Experience in managing security initiatives with a nationwide impact (e.g., phishing, identity verification).
