Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Montreal and will require travel to various locations throughout Quebec. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, focusing on our insulin pump therapy. You will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals (Endocrinologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians) and directly with people living with diabetes on the benefits of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) including Endocrinologists, Registered Nurses, and Registered Dietitians.
- Effectively detail and promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy to both HCPs and people living with diabetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical device sales, with a strong focus on diabetes management products.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to and influence healthcare professionals.
- Ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Excellent territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to connect with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory effectively.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in medical device sales, preferably within the diabetes space.
