The Opportunity

Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.

The Role

  • Managing a Service Department. Consisting of 6-8 technicians
  • Repair Shop: looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
  • Customer relations top priority, in person, on phone, email etc.
  • Issuing/receiving of purchase orders for service department.
  • Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians
  • Timecard entry
  • Administration duties for service department

The Candidate

  • Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators and Marine industry is an asset.
  • Basic computer knowledge a must, outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Person with parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator may be considered.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
