Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end process of building and launching e-commerce websites for our clients. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between designers, developers, account managers, and SEO teams to ensure the smooth execution of website projects from design handoff to final launch. Your ability to manage technical specifications, assuring quality control, and troubleshooting will be crucial to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Handoff & Preparation:

  • Receive finalized design mockups and feedback from the Account Manager.
  • Prepare and document all necessary technical specifications for developers, ensuring the transition from design to development is seamless.


Collaboration with Developers:

  • Communicate all required assets and specifications to the development team for website creation.
  • Maintain constant communication with developers to address any challenges or additional requests during development.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Perform a final quality check on the developed website before presenting it to the Account Manager/Client.
  • Ensure that the website functions correctly across various browsers and devices, following the best industry standards.


Client Feedback Implementation:

  • Coordinate with the Account Manager to review customer feedback, typically collected via the “Monday form.”
  • Implement required changes based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction before the website is migrated.
  • Modify the “Monday form” and “Monday Board” to ensure it properly reflects client and company expectations.


Final Review & Approval:

  • Prepare the website for final client review and oversee the approval process.
  • Ensure all necessary client requests are addressed and the website is ready for migration.

SEO & Redirection Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to create all necessary redirects and SEO settings to ensure a smooth transition during the website launch.

Launch Coordination:

  • Lead the website launch meeting and ensure all elements (including redirects and domain transfers) are activated for a successful website go-live.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in website coordination, project management, or a related role in a web development agency.


Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with web development processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and domain management.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to non-technical team members and clients.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
