What You’ll Do: At Shyftbase, the Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients. The TAM acts as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between our technology and our clients’ needs.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical liaison for key accounts, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Shyftbase’s AI and data-driven solutions. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to deeply understand their business challenges and objectives.


  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with clients to understand their data-related needs and leverage data science and machine learning models to provide actionable insights. Assist in deploying predictive analytics solutions, such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and anomaly detection, tailored to client requirements.


  • Solution Implementation: Partner closely with Shyftbase’s data science and engineering teams to implement machine learning models and ensure their successful deployment within client environments. Provide technical guidance on data integration, feature engineering, and model tuning to optimize performance.


  • Model Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of deployed machine learning models, ensuring they deliver accurate and valuable insights. Work with clients to interpret results, adjust models as needed, and refine solutions based on real-world feedback and changing data patterns.


  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical onboarding and training sessions to help clients maximize the value of our AI-powered solutions. Offer hands-on support for troubleshooting, data processing, and model adjustments, ensuring a smooth user experience.


  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to influence the ongoing development of Shyftbase’s data science features. Act as a voice of the customer within the company, advocating for enhancements that drive value and innovation.
