The NetSuite Practice Director has the primary responsibility to lead and build a world-class team within the organization. This involves being responsible for ensuring strategic direction, customer success, retention and profitable growth. You will develop a strategy and plan to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives and is accountable for managing and growing a significant customer base. You will have experience in leading teams, and technology and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to meet business goals.


The role is open for remote workers in the US and Canada, but there will be a requirement to travel to one or more offices as the need arises.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Lead and expand our NetSuite practice, growing the team and overseeing project scalability to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the P&L for the NetSuite Practice.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Develop a robust implementation methodology for seamless project execution.
  • Allocate and manage team resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and HR to provide qualified resources for client needs.
  • Ensure governance and best practices in NetSuite projects.
  • Track and measure team performance and project outcomes.
  • Engage with clients to identify gaps and expand NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead NetSuite implementation projects from planning to go-live, including configuration and training.
  • Provide leadership and support to the NetSuite consulting team, fostering growth and success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on NetSuite best practices and customization.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance client business processes.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite features and advise clients on leveraging new capabilities.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster skill development.
  • Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.


Required Experience:


  • 5+ years of consulting experience, specializing in NetSuite implementation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business discipline.
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership.
  • Successful delivery of multiple NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed implementation teams.
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel.
