Job Title: Sales Account Manager


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results generated Sales Manager to join our team. Our product lines are IQF fruits and vegetables. Your business channels will be in :

  • Foodservice Industry servicing restaurant franchises through established distribution networks
  • Industrial customers located in Quebec serviced directly
  • Health Care facilities / Public Organizations/ Hotels etcserviced through Speciality Groups
  • Some retail ( local)



Key Responsibilities:


You will administer an existing book of clients in excess of 10M , and will be compensated by additional incentives to grow both existing client business and addition of new clients.

  • Sales Presentations
  • Fueling sales pipelines
  • Participation in Trade Shows
  • Address client complaints or concerns
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets
  • Foster relationships with key buyers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business management, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Résumé du poste : Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gerant de des ventes dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe. Nos lignes de produits sont les fruits et légumes IQF. Vos canaux de distribution seront les suivants :

  • L'industrie des services alimentaires desservant les franchises de restaurants par le biais de réseaux de distribution établis.
  • Clients industriels situés au Québec desservis directement
  • Les établissements de soins de santé, les organismes publics, les hôtels, etc par l'entremise de groupes spécialisés.
  • Un peu de commerce de détail (local)


Principales responsabilités :


Vous gérerez un portefeuille de clients de plus de 10 millions d'euros et serez rémunéré par des incitations supplémentaires pour développer les activités des clients existants et l'ajout de nouveaux clients.

  • Présentations commerciales
  • Alimenter les pipelines de vente
  • Participation à des salons professionnels
  • Répondre aux plaintes ou aux préoccupations des clients
  • Participer aux réunions de vente hebdomadaires
  • Préparer et respecter les budgets
  • Favoriser les relations avec les acheteurs clés.


Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'entreprise, de préférence dans l'industrie manufacturière ou les biens de consommation.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils de gestion de projet.
