Responsibilities

  • Perform business development and prospecting activities to solicit new business opportunities
  • Lead and maintain full accountability for all Account Mapping activity
  • Manage net new customer accounts post onboarding
  • Act as trusted advisor on client needs around managed and professional services/hardware


Qualifications


  • Fully bilingual, written and spoken (French and English)
  • College or university diploma, preferably in a business-related field or work experience equivalency
  • Possess one to three (1 -3) years of B2B sales experience in IT, telecommunications, software solutions or services with client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong telephone and face-to-face prospecting skills: ability to listen well and ability to create sales opportunities
  • Strong working knowledge of the sales cycle (roles, deal stage & timeline) with emphasis on comprehension and empathy to client needs
  • Operational proficiency in IT-related technologies, managed and cybersecurity landscape, and Microsoft reseller offerings with an aptitude for positioning IT solutions and related services to address customer’s business needs
