An internship with the Voice of the Customer team at National Bank means acting as an analyst and advisor to measure and improve customer experience. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your customer focus, your analytical skills, your resourcefulness, your writing skills as well as your knowledge and interest in marketing research and data and text analysis.
Your job
  • Support the Voice of the Customer team - research, enhancement and customer experience measurement in the delivery of various mandate
  • Produce various analyses using customer data (mainly survey results and customer complaints)
  • Synthesize findings in the appropriate format and socialize recommendations across the organization
  • Contribute to the development, improvement, continuous monitoring of customer experience measurement (review of questionnaires, UAT testing, follow-up of ongoing requests, etc.)
  • Perform textual analysis of customer comments and complaints using advanced analytical tools
Your team

Within the Customer Experience sector, more specifically in the Strategy and Customer Experience team, you are part of a large team of about forty colleagues and you report to the Director of Research and Valorization, Voice of the Customer. We are in our 3rd year of hosting an intern and look forward to meeting you. This position is hybrid but requires a weekly in-person presence at our easily accessible by public transit downtown Montreal offices. Our apprenticeship-in-action training programs allow you to master your craft. Customized training content on topics such as data analytics and customer experience in general is available to support your continuous learning. Basic requirements :
  • Have experience in customer service and have enjoyed these experiences
  • Have taken at least a few courses in marketing research or statistical analysis at the bachelor's degree level
  • Consider the fields of marketing research and customer experience as potential careers
  • Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
  • Possess good verbal and writing skills in both French and English
