Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in a product leadership role, preferably within the travel industry or a related sector (hospitality, transportation, enterprise SaaS).
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams, setting strategic roadmaps, and driving execution.
  • Deep experience in customer-centric product development, with an obsession for understanding and anticipating customer needs through observation, questioning, and instinct.
  • Strong background in B2B or enterprise technology, with an ability to balance high-touch service with scalable automation..
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, working closely with engineering, sales, and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent the company externally and advocate for the product vision internally.
  • Experience with global markets and a deep understanding of the challenges of international travel, compliance, and regional variations in business needs.
