We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a leading financial institution's team focused on Dynamic Currency Conversion and payment processing systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment transaction lifecycles, particularly in the context of ATM transactions and foreign exchange.


Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze and document business requirements for complex payment processing systems

· Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to solution new features and enhancements

· Create and maintain documentation in JIRA and Confluence

· Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements gathering sessions

· Support multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of the development lifecycle

· Analyze transaction data using SQL queries and provide insights to business stakeholders


Required Skills and Experience:

· Extensive knowledge of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) or similar payment processing systems

· Strong understanding of the entire payment transaction lifecycle, especially for ATM transactions

· Experience with Visa and MasterCard integrations

· Familiarity with foreign exchange processes and pricing engines in banking

· Understanding of API semantics and ability to write requirements for APIs

· Basic SQL skills for database querying and analysis

· Excellent documentation and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a major bank's payment systems department

· Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

· Understanding of trade booking and settlement processes in banking

· Understanding of how to price FX Trades
