Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Burger King team. The Assistant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading the team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and managing staff.
  2. Ensure compliance with Burger King's operational standards and procedures.
  3. Train and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of productivity and service.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
  7. Uphold Burger King's food safety and quality standards.
  8. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs.
  9. Help in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  10. Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-food restaurant.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
