Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KC Restaurant & Lounge. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Food and Beverage Quality: Ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards, including taste, presentation, and quality.
- Staff Management: Manage and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our customers.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food and beverage operations.
