Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KC Restaurant & Lounge. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Modify Food Preparation Methods and Menu Prices: Work with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and pricing strategies that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze financial data to determine labour costs and make adjustments as needed to ensure that our restaurant is operating within budget.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and meet our high standards.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure that our restaurant has the right people in place to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices and service for our restaurant.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
