Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KC Restaurant & Lounge. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Work with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that our menu offerings are profitable.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train our restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service and to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
