About the Role:
  • Participate in HR meetings to help achieve company goals.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent, including leading university recruitment drives.
  • Manage all aspects of payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle payroll tax compliance for all employees.
  • Implement HR systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal standards.
  • Set up payroll controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll.
  • Bilingual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.

À propos de vous :
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience progressive en RH.
