Job Description:


We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the development of a new reporting solution within our ServiceNow tool. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting tool selection, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets.



Responsibilities


  • Analyze existing data sources within ServiceNow to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies.
  • Extract, cleanse, and transform data for reporting purposes.
  • Evaluate reporting tool options (Tableau, Power BI, or others) and recommend the best fit for the organization.
  • Develop and implement data models and reports to support business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the reporting solution.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.


Qualifications:


  • Strong data analysis skills, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience working in banking
