Associate Team Lead - Recruitment and Delivery at Select Source InternationalJob Summary:
OFB Role: Junior to Mid-Level Job Skills to support Procurement Fulfillment team from Purchase requisition to Vendor Payment.
As an Order Fulfillment Buyer/Expeditor within the Sourcing team, you will interact with PSI, Plant Production, Logistics, Category Management, Sourcing, quality assurance, accounts payable, and suppliers to help support production activities and schedules.
You will be responsible for purchase orders and their contents from the moment they are issued until they are closed out, i.e., setting contract terms, maintaining Outline Agreements, order confirmation, expediting deliveries, maintaining accurate delivery dates in SAP, coordinating with Logistics, resolving any payment issues to the supplier, financial tracking of costs recognition, and any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in an applicable or related field to Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain/Business Administration
- 5 years minimum experience in increasing roles in purchasing, expediting, or supply chain.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and deal with rapidly changing priorities/ambiguity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior management and customers.
- Problem solving and research skills.
- Identifies underperforming or non-performing suppliers during the project life cycle.
- Capable of working in a team, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and organizing.
- Flexible and adaptable to ever-changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- International and domestic logistics.
- Familiarity with purchase order conditions, INCOTERMS.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
- Interface with suppliers to ensure PO is received/acknowledged, schedule received, and ship date is met.
- Ensure planned ship date aligns with production needs and, if not, work with supplier to improve delivery.
- Follow-up with email correspondence in an organized and timely fashion.
- Manage Quarterly Price Adjustments and maintain Outline Agreements.
- Work with Category Management.
- Ensure Master Data is accurate.
- Logistic bookings and follow-up where required.
- Support plants that are assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge of SAP (MM) and extensive Expediting exposure, preferable from Industrial equipment background.
