About the Role

Aerosports Parks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations and negotiate contracts
    • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy
    • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations
    • Monitor and analyze inventory reports to optimize stock levels
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
    • Process requisition orders and ensure accurate documentation
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
