About the Role:

Based on content planning, we identify and train content creators who are suitable for producing content that is in line with the platform's positioning, and regularly plan content topics to activate platform user activity and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Possess the ability of planning topics, guiding the internal PGC team and UGC authors in the field of topic selection, and curating features and topics to enhance user activity;

2.Assess, filter, and recommend high-quality articles to improve the retention rate and activity of website users;

3. Help building a content co-creating community, fostering a positive community atmosphere, and enhancing the enthusiasm of real users to produce quality content;

4. Overall programming, content creations, and daily operations of matrix accounts on the website;

5.Discover and manage film critics who can produce high-quality Spanish film reviews.


Profile Characteristics:

  • Formal education: Bachelor or higher degree in film/television/writing-related majors.
  • Language: Advanced in English (Required).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in magazine editing, website content editing, writing, or scriptwriting.
  • Passionate about films/television/streaming contents, huge amount of films watched.
  • Candidates with experience in writing film reviews or screenplays are preferred.
  • Experience in website content operation, having successful precedent of building a self-media account.
