Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, you proactively oversee facilities to ensure that the real estate assets in the region comply with regulations and real estate standards and provide the expected benefits in a timely manner. You recommend and participate in operational and financial improvements in alignment with the organization's needs and the strategic real estate plan. You act as a liaison for the eastern region with stakeholders for the coordination of all project-related tasks. You develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while promoting the values and culture of Master.


What You Will Accomplish With Us
  1. Ensure compliance to all lease terms and conditions; be the liaison with the Landlords.
  2. Conduct and document preventative site inspections, including audit, and track as required.
  3. Promote adherence to all real estate processes, standards, and systems (including usage of the ticket systems).
  4. Ensure compliance to all RE standards (including security, ergonomics, etc).
  5. Identify, communicate, and rectify any building safety issues (including fire safety, emergency lighting, HVAC, racking, etc).
  6. Secure buildings after security breaches and ensure implementation of corrective measures.
  7. Work in conjunction with HR in Health and Safety initiatives.
  8. Proactively participate in budgeting, reviewing & tracking cost control measures.
  9. Apply a balanced approach to cost control by considering gains and losses with regards to quality, scalability, time efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
  10. Identify opportunities for operational costs reduction; collaborate with regional property managers to assess, propose, and ensure the implementation of the solution.

  12. Communicate proactively and transparently with all stakeholders and seek regular feedback.
  13. Make site visits for potential market locations (project based) & give feedback regarding the location and the building to the RE project manager.

What You Bring To Our Team
  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate management or any related discipline.
  2. 5 to 10 years of related experience.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of property management, leases management and its financial aspects.
  4. Strong competency in Ms office and relevant databases and software.
  5. Bilingualism (an asset).
