What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and organize files with precision.
  • Prepare reports and handle data entry with accuracy.
  • Communicate fluently in English and French with internal teams, dealers, and customers.
  • Handle inquiries via calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Assist with quote preparation and documentation processes.
  • Support the team with marketing material preparation and distribution.


What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and problem-solve under pressure.
