As the Technical Product Owner - CRM & Data Privacy you will maximize the value delivered by the team on all Lifecycle, CRM, and Consent Management workstreams. You will manage the product lifecycle, oversee development needs, and be responsible for the successful delivery of digital products, while partnering with the Digital Center of Excellence and other key business partners.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee development needs in Lifecycle and Consent Management products including Braze, Active Campaign, Ketch, and OneTrust.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle of the CRM products to build personalized engagement journeys with target audiences that drive business growth.
  • Translate business product vision into tangible backlog & create user stories for the development team to act on.
  • Work closely with compliance and privacy team to ensure the product deliverable aligns with legal requirements and business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact with current and prospective lifecycle and privacy system vendors.

What you have:

  • 5+ years of email marketing, consent management, and data acquisition experience.
  • 5+ years of agile/product management experience.
  • Critical thinking to problem solve from a technical solutions perspective.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
