What You Will Be Doing

  • Working with clients to receive and process orders
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Analyze sales processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.


What You Bring To The Table

  • 1+ years of inside sales or operations experience
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to try new things
  • Direct knowledge of the home-building or construction industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant objectives within a highly competitive market.
