WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you looking for new professional challenges to match your ambitions? Do you want to manage media campaigns outside the traditional framework? As an Assistant Media Strategist, you will assist your Strategist in the development of original and innovative multimedia campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support Strategist in their strategic reflection and conduct campaign research via Google Think, Watch, Customer Site, etc. Participate in ideation and development of media strategy.
  2. Coordinate campaigns/projects and ensure that deadlines are met (material tracking, campaign orchestration, inter-departmental relationship).
  3. Maintain tight and client budgets in collaboration with the Strategist and the Supervisor, reconcile invoices, communicate with finance partners.
  4. Liaise between various stakeholders (team members, media partners, creative agencies, clients, etc.).
  5. Examine campaign performance, and communicate to the client results.
  6. Have a good understanding of the brief and the clients KPI’s, after receiving a debrief from the Strategist (via client and partner meetings).
  7. Investigate and analyze media research using various databases (Vivadata, ComScore, Google Think, etc.).
  8. Assist the strategist in executing campaigns, negotiating with suppliers, and verifying/organizing contracts.
  9. Assist the strategist in preparing and communicating the internal briefs to media partners.
  10. Provide overall support to the media strategist and supervisor.
  11. Any other related tasks.

You are the desired candidate if you have:

  1. Passion for media and advertising in general.
  2. Degree in Marketing, advertising or related field.
  3. Knowledge of marketing and advertising.
  4. Ability to work as a team.
  5. Good stress management.
  6. Organization and rigor.
  7. Sense of creativity and innovation.
