  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients to discuss account performance, new ideas and next steps to help them achieve the best return on investment.

  • Review and analyze campaign performance data (e.g., within Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) to develop actionable insights that assist with strategic planning, KPI improvement, and growth.
  • Collaborate with Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.
  • Help to grow startups, scaleups and enterprise clients through clever and strategic digital marketing.
  • Monitor platform updates to anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 1+ year of experience working on SEM and PPC for paid search and social ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc) with experience managing campaigns from A-Z including creation, tracking and tagging setup, optimizing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a data-driven environment.
  • 1+ year of experience using Google Analytics, setting up conversion goals and UTM parameters for tracking.
  • An interest and proactivity in setting up tracking and integrations to collect campaign performance data, including exposure to Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixels.
