- Work on SEM / PPC for paid ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics to build new campaigns, optimize existing campaigns and improve performance for various clients.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients to discuss account performance, new ideas and next steps to help them achieve the best return on investment.
- Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
- Review and analyze campaign performance data (e.g., within Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) to develop actionable insights that assist with strategic planning, KPI improvement, and growth.
- Collaborate with Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.
- Help to grow startups, scaleups and enterprise clients through clever and strategic digital marketing.
- Monitor platform updates to anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.
- 1+ year of experience working on SEM and PPC for paid search and social ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc) with experience managing campaigns from A-Z including creation, tracking and tagging setup, optimizing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a data-driven environment.
- 1+ year of experience using Google Analytics, setting up conversion goals and UTM parameters for tracking.
- An interest and proactivity in setting up tracking and integrations to collect campaign performance data, including exposure to Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixels.
- Adaptability with a strong desire to continuously learn and develop your skills.
- Drive to continuously grow the S+G client roster and team through providing exceptional customer service with a focus on nurturing relationships and proactive problem solving.
- An analytical mindset showing accuracy and proficiency with numbers and data, with an ability to build reports and exhibit confidence when presenting findings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment with a continued emphasis on project detail.
- Strong communication skills both internally and client facing with a friendly demeanour and the ability to clearly deliver rationale for strategic approaches.
