We are looking for a Help Desk Technician – Intern to join our IT Team Our Help Desk Technician is responsible for maintaining networks, software, and equipment, resolving technical problems, and providing general IT support and assistance.

THINGS YOU WILL DO…
  1. Maintain IT hardware inventory sourcing additional equipment as required.
  2. Receives, answers, schedules and follows up on help desk tickets and calls, logs all incoming problems/inquiries and follows up on outstanding calls.
  3. Writes and manages for online knowledge base as needed.
  4. Troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely maintaining excellence with every interaction.
  5. Set up and deploy new hardware and software.
  6. Provide mobile device and other equipment support.
  7. Improve current programs by reviewing objectives and evaluate enhancements by studying system capacities.
